Mostly all items on 5starnutrition.com qualify for Subscribe & Save. Items such as apparel do not qualify.
The delivery frequencies are every 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. You can change your delivery frequency any time before shipping. To update your delivery frequency, go to "My Subscriptions" in your account.
First, log in to your account. On your account page you will see a menu with order history, a list of addresses, and your active and inactive subscriptions.
My Subscriptions – here you can request a new shipment right away, change your next shipment date, skip your next shipment, pause subscriptions, cancel subscriptions, update order frequency, and change flavors (if applicable).
Upcoming Shipments – allows you to see your future order dates, as well as skip your next order or edit the date entirely.
Send Shipment ASAP – this will trigger a new order for you to be sent out immediately, you will receive an order confirmation number via email within 24 hours.
Change Shipment Date – this will allow you to move your next shipment to any date in the future and will resume your normal frequency according to your subscription frequency preferences.
Skip Shipment – this will allow you to skip your next scheduled shipment and will resume your normal frequency according to your subscription frequency preferences.
Pause Subscription – this will allow you to pause your subscription for a specific item in a shipment, set a future resume date for that item, and resume your normal frequency according to your subscription frequency preferences.
Cancel Subscription – this will cancel all future auto-delivery shipments for that item and will move the subscription to the “inactive subscriptions” section, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your auto-delivery subscription. (note: cancelling an auto-delivery subscription does not cancel any orders processed via that subscription prior to the cancellation date of the subscription).
Remove Item From This Shipment – this will remove the selected item from your upcoming shipment and will detail your next shipment date for that item. Other items on the upcoming shipment will still be sent.
Change Flavor, Quantity Frequency – simply use the corresponding drop-down menus to make a flavor change, quantity change or frequency change for a specific item
Billing Information – allows you to update the card on file and billing address.
You can cancel a single subscription or all of them. Please note you will be able to re-activate your subscription in the future if you choose to do so. Cancelling a subscription will stop all future shipments of that product but does not cancel an order that has already shipped under that subscription. No further charges to your form of payment will be made.
Here's How to Cancel:
If a product is out of stock (OOS) at the time of your shipment date, it will be left out of the order. If the OOS item(s) comes back in stock within the following 30 day period it will ship out immediately. You will receive an email on day 1, 15, and 30 with updates on your out of stock item.
The subscription associated with an order skipped due to OOS will not be subject to cancelation - only the individual order containing the OOS item(s). According to the chosen frequency, the next order for an item canceled in the OOS flow will be placed on its next order cycle.
To resume a product subscription, log in or navigate to your account page, go to My Subscriptions, and select the subscription you wish to reactivate. If you do not see a subscription under “inactive subscriptions” double-check you did not pause your subscription rather than cancel it.
If you want to update your payment method for all subscriptions you receive, you can do so from "My Subscriptions" on your account. You will enter the new card billing information and card details under “change billing.”
You agree to charges for products based on the frequency selected. Subscribe & Save orders will be in effect indefinitely from the date the first order is processed, unless cancelled.
You agree that 5 Star Nutrition reserves the right to change these Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions at any time and to discontinue the Subscribe & Save program at any time for any reason.
These Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time and from time to time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then current Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions because they are binding to you. If you do not accept these Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, your only remedy is to cancel your subscription for the Subscribe & Save program.
These Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions supplement the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement located on 5starnutritionusa.com and govern your use of the Subscribe & Save program.
Unless modified by you, the credit card used to set up the initial Subscribe & Save order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing a Subscribe & Save order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for subsequent Subscribe & Save orders indefinitely from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel your Subscribe & Save shipments earlier.
Credit cards, Debit cards and Pre-Paid cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment of Subscribe & Save orders. Gift certificates, e-Gift certificates, checks, and PayPal will not be accepted.
Recurring order pricing will reflect ten percent off the then current product price at the time the order is processed, excluding certain promotional pricing, including but not limited to, BOGOs or any multiple-item discount. These promotions cannot be combined with the Subscribe & Save program. 5 Star Nutrition will notify the customer 3 days in advance of the ship date for all Subscribe & Save orders. 5 Star Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any recurring orders due to incorrect Subscribe & Save product pricing.
You must register an account at www.5starnutritionusa.com in order to set up Subscribe & Save shipments and must have a valid email address.
You will be able to log in using your account to modify or cancel your Subscribe & Save shipments at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request. You can cancel the
Subscribe & Save program at any time by logging into your 5starnutritionusa.com account and altering your subscription or by calling/email/chatting our customer service team. Canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that product but does not cancel a shipment that has already shipped.
These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the Subscribe & Save order, including but not limited to: Quantity, Pricing, Frequency of shipment, and Credit card information.
Shipping restrictions may apply. Subscribe & Save services are not available for international orders excluding APO delivery. The ID.me discount program does not apply or combine with Subscribe & Save orders.
If a Subscribe & Save product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it is in stock. Similarly, if a Subscribe & Save product is discontinued, you will be notified by email and your Subscribe & Save shipment canceled if this is the only product you have set up for Subscribe & Save services.
5 Star Nutrition will include reformulated products as part of the current Subscribe & Save subscription so that your current subscription is uninterrupted. If you choose not to include the reformulated product in your Subscribe & Save subscription you must cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription for that product.
