It all started in 2009 with a group of tight-knit college friends when they opened the very first 5 Star Nutrition location in Austin, TX. They spent years keeping each other accountable to their goals and wanted to bring this sense of community & accomplishment to their customers - so they made it their mission.
5 Star was able to recruit some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. And it continues to be our in-store associates who make 5 Star the premier retailer in the industry. The “5 Star Fam” as we call them provide the coaching, support & motivation that our customers need to crush their health & fitness goals. Whether you want to put on 10lbs of muscle or lose those last 5lbs, our team is here to provide the guidance and accountability you need.
