5 Star Rewards Terms & Conditions

The 5 Star Rewards Program is offered by 5 Star Nutrition for in-store purchases only. By participating, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
Must provide a valid email and phone number at checkout to earn points. Must remain opted in to messaging. Employees and wholesale customers are not eligible to earn points.
Earning Points
Points are earned on pre-tax totals from in-store purchases:
- Basic Tier: 1 point per $1
- Hero Tier: 2 points per $1
No points earned on gift cards, taxes, or returned items.
Redemption
At 200 points, a coupon for $5 off will be emailed and texted to you within 1 hour of purchase. Coupons are valid for 45 days and redeemable in-store only. If 400+ points are earned in a single transaction, a single higher-value coupon will be issued (e.g., 400 points = $10).
Expiration
Points expire one year after issuance. Coupons are valid for 45 days and redeemable in-store only.
Program Updates
5 Star Nutrition reserves the right to change or end the Program at any time without notice.
