Rules and Regulations

Welcome to the 2023 5 Star Fit Transformation Challenge! Here are a few rules and regulations we think you should be aware of:

• There's no fee or purchase necessary to enter a Transformation Challenge.
• You must be 18 years or older to be eligible for grand prizes.
• You must weigh in on the InBody system at a 5 Star Nutrition store between 1/30/23 and 2/6/23 and weigh out between 2/27/23 and 3/5/23 to receive challenge credit.
• All challenge participants who complete weigh-ins and weigh-outs will receive $5 in store credit for every % body fat lost & $5 in store credit for every LB muscle gained.
• Store credit will be distributed on 3/15/23. Credit can only be redeemed at 5 Star Nutrition retail locations.
• By submitting your photos for the 5 Star Transformation Challenge, you understand that the images and text you submit to us become the sole property of 5 Star Nutrition and that 5 Star Nutrition is free to use your images however they see fit as well as to share them with its vendors and affiliates.

Timelines & Deadlines

For the 5 Star Fit Transformation Challenge, weigh-ins must be completed by 11:59 pm CST, Monday, February 6th, 2023. Weigh-outs must be completed by 11:59 pm CST March 5th, 2023. Failure to complete BOTH weigh-in and weigh-out will result in disqualification. Credit will be distributed on March 15th, 2023.

Who's Eligible to enter this challenge?

Challenge participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Transformation Challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void in all states where skill contests requiring proof of purchase are prohibited.

Employees are allowed to compete in transformation challenges. Independent sales reps (also known as 5 Star All Stars) do not fall within the employee or agent category and are therefore eligible.

Participants who alter their height or age (beyond 1 year) in InBody during the challenge period will be disqualified.

Participants are not required to use any specific products to be eligible, but may not use anabolic steroids or any strength-enhancing prescription drugs or medications unless prescribed by a physician to treat an existing medical condition (medication and medical condition must be noted in the written portion of your entry).

Complete Rules & Regulations

The 2023 5 Star Fit Transformation Challenge is a body transformation competition, conducted in the United States.

5 Star Nutrition reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.5starnutrition.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. Transformation Challenge participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Each participant assumes all risk of injury, harm, or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Transformation Challenge. Consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach. Participants in the Transformation Challenge expressly release 5 Star Nutrition, affiliated companies, and the directors, officers, and employees from all risk, loss, injury, damage, or harm that may arise from participating in the Transformation Challenge.

Submission of your completed registration form constitutes your express consent and permission for 5 Star Nutrition to use your name, photographs, and written responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote 5 Star Nutrition, its business, and the Transformation Challenge, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, as well as it’s vendors and affiliates without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the Transformation Challenge. Submission of your completed entry shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to 5 Star Nutrition of all rights, titles, and interests, including copyright, of your photographs, and written responses. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of 5 Star Nutrition. Once pictures are submitted as part of the competition they become the sole property of 5 Star Nutrition and may not be used in another weight loss, transformation, or healthy-living competition.
