INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop IsolateOne Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup (40g) oats, ground into flour
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, or sweetener of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend oats into flour if not already ground.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and almond milk. Add sweetener if desired.
  3. Stir in oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until you have a thick batter. Add a splash more milk if needed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.
  5. Pour batter into pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook 1-2 minutes on the other.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings!
