INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop IsolateOne Vanilla protein powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup (40g) oats, ground into flour
- 1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, or sweetener of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend oats into flour if not already ground.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and almond milk. Add sweetener if desired.
- Stir in oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until you have a thick batter. Add a splash more milk if needed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.
- Pour batter into pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook 1-2 minutes on the other.
- Serve with your favorite toppings!
