INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop IsolateOne Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with about 4 tablespoons of water and set aside to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. While the chia seeds soak, combine the Greek yogurt and IsolateOne Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder in a separate bowl, mixing well until smooth. Add the soaked chia seeds to the yogurt mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Top with blueberries and drizzle honey over everything. Enjoy.
