INGREDIENTS

- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Maple Syrup
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 2 scoops Protein One Vegan Vanilla
- 1 Candy Cane (crushed)
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Light Cream Cheese
- Silicone cup mold
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, butter, 1 scoop ProteinOne Vegan, and 2 tbsp maple syrup until crumbly, then divide into 12 portions and press into silicone molds. Blend Greek yogurt, cream cheese, 1 scoop ProteinOne Vegan, peppermint extract, and 1 tbsp maple syrup, fold in candy cane pieces, and spoon over the crusts. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes, let cool, and finish with icing and sprinkles as desired.
