INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop ProteinOne Caramel Cookie Crunch
- 1 serving vanilla Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stevia packet or choice of sweetener (optional)
- Toppings for an added crunch (crushed rice cakes, granola, or graham crackers)
INSTRUCTIONS
