CHALLENGE TIMELINE
Weigh In
Head to your local 5 Star Nutrition and hop on an InBody machine to capture your starting point. This is mandatory to participate in the challenge.
Register Online
Register for the challenge online within 7 days of your initial weigh-in. The challenge officially begins once both weigh-in and registration are complete.
Weigh Out
After week 4, you have 7 days to come in for your final InBody scan. Weigh-outs are mandatory to be eligible to collect winnings.
Credits Distributed
Participants earn $5 in store credit for each pound of muscle gained or each percentage of body fat lost. Credits are distributed the week following weigh-out by email and text.
MORE THAN JUST A SCALE
The InBody isn't just some glorified bathroom scale. The state-of-the-art InBody system has an 8-point electrode system that accurately measures body composition by sending multiple electrical currents throughout the body, resulting in up to six different impedance readings for the trunk and each of the four limbs.
