5 Star Nutrition Valdosta — Weigh Outs Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Valdosta 5 Star Transformation Challenge! Here are a few rules and regulations we think you should be aware of: Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Employees of 5 Star Nutrition are not eligible to compete.
• Available at the Valdosta location only.
• Only participants who signed up for and weighed in during weigh-in week are eligible for store credit and cash prizes.

Weigh-Out Window

• Weigh-outs are available March 18-22, 2026 only.
• Participants must complete their weigh-out within this window. No exceptions will be made for missed dates.
• Weigh-outs must be completed on the InBody system at the 5 Star Nutrition Valdosta store during normal business hours.
• Each participant may weigh out once during the event window.

Store Credit Rewards

• Participants earn $5 in-store credit for every lb of muscle gained and $5 in-store credit for every 1% of body fat lost, as measured by the InBody system.
• Maximum store credit earned per event is $25, regardless of results.
• A minimum of $5 in-store credit will be awarded to all participants who complete a weigh-out, even if no muscle gain or fat loss is recorded.
• Store credit is issued before or on 3/31/26.
• Store credit can only be redeemed in-store at 5 Star Nutrition Valdosta. Credit cannot be used online or at other locations.

Cash Prizes

• Cash prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female participants as determined by InBody results during the weigh-out window.
• Prize amounts and selection criteria are at the sole discretion of 5 Star Nutrition Valdosta staff.
• In the event of a tie, 5 Star Nutrition Valdosta reserves the right to determine the winner at its discretion.
• Winners will be notified in-store or via the contact information on file.

General Conditions

• 5 Star Nutrition Valdosta reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have manipulated results, used anabolic steroids, or used any non-prescribed strength-enhancing substances during the challenge period.
• Participants assume all risk of injury or harm arising from participation. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program.
• 5 Star Nutrition reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. Participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.
• By participating, participants consent to 5 Star Nutrition using their name and results for promotional purposes.
