Why did you start your fitness journey?
"I started my fitness journey seven years ago when I joined 5 Star. Being surrounded by driven, fit people pushed me to level up my own health, and I’m so grateful for where that spark took me. Over the years, I’ve learned how important protein is for building and keeping muscle — and the hard truth that you cannot out train a surplus. Lifting and training with different people taught me more than I ever expected."

"Lifting weights. All the weights."
What advice has inspired you the most?
"It's truly a marathon, not a sprint. You've just overcame the hardest part of your journey which is to start! Now, you have to rely on the dedication to keep going- but allow yourself grace along the way when you fail, set back, fall down, etc. As long as you get back up and keep going."
