Hayley Fowler's fitness journey started in one of the hardest seasons of her life — and she came out stronger on the other side. Why did you start your fitness journey?
I started my fitness journey during a terribly difficult time. After having my daughter, I struggled with postpartum depression and health issues from my C-section. My first year in the gym was amazing — my mental health improved and my joint pain decreased — but the 80+ pounds I'd gained during pregnancy wouldn't budge. I couldn't find reliable information on supplementation until I walked into 5SN Abilene. The staff educated me, got me on the right plan, and made sure I was seeing results.
