Why did you start your fitness journey?
"I came into 5 Star Nutrition in Odessa, TX in 2016. I was considering competing in a bodybuilding competition so I was in search of protein and knew nothing about supplements. Fast forward 7 years, and I am now a certified holistic nutritionist, wellness coach, and personal trainer. I even worked for 5 Star for a short stint while getting certified. I competed for 7 years in women's physique and Figure! I now successfully own Macrofit Wellness, my own company where I currently manage over 500 clients online, and offer in-person training, as well as Lifestyle Wellness Coaching all from a Holistic space of honoring the body."

What is your go-to healthy meal?
"I personally love salmon with rice and broccoli. I also love ground turkey with rice and lettuce with salsa!"
What is your favorite exercise?
"Anything legs! Hip thrusts and also back lat pulls!"
What advice has inspired you the most?
"Just take the first step and allow yourself grace and space to grow. It doesn’t happen overnight and there is no quick fix or shortcut. It’s day in and day out commitment to embracing a healthy lifestyle and a healthy relationship with food and your body! Don’t give up and find a supportive coach (me 🫶) and friends that support you! Do it for the right reasons!!"
