Why did you start your fitness journey?
"When I was in college I started taking and EMT course. I have always wanted to help ppeople and I felt that I needed to be in shape in order to provide the best care possible. I never wanted my health and level of fitness to interfere or stop me from doing anything."

"A healthy meal I like is chicken, red potatoes with broccoli or green beans."

"I enjoy front squats or pushing the sled."

What advice has inspired you the most?
"Make this whole journey personal. Be selfish about it if you have to. Always remember why you started. If you have to take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, or one workout at a time then that's fine. Just do you, for you."
