Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of cold water. Advanced users may take up to 2 scoops. For optimal results, consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. Do not use within 5-6 hours prior to sleep. Do not use any other stimulant based product when using seventh gear. Do not exceed two scoops in a 24 hour period.
